Permanent AV that always works, no hassle
Temporary setups are a lot of work for little return. Setting up every Friday, breaking down every Monday, hoping nothing is broken. A fixed installation is ready to go: you press a button and everything works.
We design and install permanent audio, video and lighting systems that function as one whole. Audio from AUDAC or FBT, displays and signage, control panels your staff actually understand, and cabling that is tidily tucked away. Integrated via DANTE technology over your existing network cables.
What a fixed installation gives you
No more setup. Staff never have to touch cables or mixing desks. Switch it on with a touch panel, done.
Optimal performance. We measure the acoustics beforehand and choose the speakers, placement and zoning based on the room. Not the other way round.
Lower costs over time. No recurring rental, less wear from setting up and breaking down, and a longer lifespan thanks to professional components.
A clean look. Speakers discreetly built into the ceiling or wall. No stands in the way, no loose cables.
Simple operation. Preprogrammed scenes for lunch, dinner, after-hours or meeting mode. One press of a button.
How we work
We use a fixed 7-step approach that we have refined over the past 25 years:
- Introduction and needs analysis. What you want to achieve, what the pain points are, what the budget is.
- Technical survey. On-site measurements, photos, an inventory of power, ceiling heights and existing infrastructure.
- Acoustic analysis. We measure reverberation, dead zones and the frequency response of the room itself.
- Design. Technical drawings, product selection, zone layout, scenes for the controls.
- Installation. By our own team from Rotterdam, with care for tidy finishing.
- Configuration and testing. Tuning, software, scene programming, final test.
- Training and handover. Your staff learn to operate the system and you receive documentation.

Frequently asked questions
It depends on the situation, because every project is different. The size of the space, the cabling already in place and whether we can work while you stay open all play a part. Feel free to ask for an estimate for your project.
With traditional cabling, each audio signal runs over its own cable. With DANTE, audio travels digitally over a network cable, and many channels share the same cable. That often makes expanding easier. Whether DANTE makes sense for you depends on what you need. Read more about DANTE.
Gladly. The earlier we are at the table, the better we can build the AV into the design. Ceiling heights, cable trays, acoustic measures and rigging points can all still be influenced at that stage.
Yes. We offer tailor-made maintenance with preventive checks, software updates and an agreed response time in case of faults. This includes the NEN 3140 inspection of your electrical installation.
As an AUDAC Certified Partner we have direct lines to the manufacturer and better warranty terms than an ordinary integrator. For other brands we work through the official service channels.
Sometimes, yes. If the equipment is professional and compatible, we are happy to build on it. But we will be honest: building on a poor foundation often gives a poor result. If that is the case, we will say so.
