Working at Massive Pro AV
We’re always looking for people. Freelancers for events and installations, and colleagues who want to join the permanent team in Rotterdam.
There’s one thing we ask of everyone: you get stuck in. You see what needs doing and you do it, even when the get-out only starts after the guests have gone home.
What you'll do here
One day you’re hanging speakers in a restaurant, the next you’re behind the desk at a corporate party or a festival. We install fixed AV for hospitality, hotels and offices, and we run sound, lighting and video for events.
Up a ladder in a hotel lobby or behind a laptop setting up a DANTE network: both are part of the job.
You grow with the technology
AV moves fast. More and more audio runs over the network, screens are turning into LED walls and control sits on a touch panel. We keep up, and we’re looking for people who want to as well.
Whatever you can’t do yet, you’ll learn on the job, alongside a team that’s been doing AV for 25+ years. You do need to want it.
Current vacancies
For festivals, Zomercarnaval (Rotterdam’s summer carnival), concerts and corporate events, plus fixed AV installations and service visits in between. Freelance, evenings and weekends in the season.
No matching vacancy? Get in touch anyway
Even without an open vacancy, we’d like to hear from you. Tell us what you can do, what you want to learn and when you’re available. A CV or LinkedIn profile helps. You can also email your CV to info@massivepro.nl.
Frequently asked questions
For the freelance vacancy we ask for proven experience in live audio, AV events or fixed installations. For an open application, attitude counts most: if you want to get stuck in and learn, tell us.
It’s a big plus. If you’re good at what you do, it isn’t a must.
Yes. We bring in freelancers for events and installations, especially in the busy season. Apply through the form or have a look at the freelance AV technician vacancy.
Our base is Industrieweg 71 in Rotterdam. Events are mostly in the Randstad (the Rotterdam, The Hague, Amsterdam and Utrecht area), installations all over the Netherlands. So we look for people who live in or around Rotterdam, or elsewhere in the Randstad. From 120 km away, the travel just doesn’t add up.
Fill in the form on this page, or email your CV and a short intro to info@massivepro.nl. Put the role you’re applying for in the subject line.
