The atmosphere in your venue starts with what guests hear
Oxford researcher Charles Spence spent years measuring what sound does to the guest experience. The conclusion stays the same: the music and acoustics in a hospitality venue directly determine how long guests stay, how much they order, how they rate the food and whether they come back. Bad audio isn’t a detail, it’s revenue you’re leaving on the table.
We design fixed sound systems that take this logic seriously. As an AUDAC Certified Partner we have worked for years for restaurants, cafés, beach clubs and hotels, from De Heeren to R-Port Beach Club to Baoase Luxury Resort on Curaçao.
What we do for hospitality
Fixed sound systems: the foundation. Even sound distribution, multi-zone, easy control for your staff. With separate setups for restaurants and for cafés and bars.
Ambient lighting: lighting indoors and out. From an intimate dining setting to weatherproof terrace lighting that lasts for years. Delivered at, among others, Mondi Beach Club Curaçao and R-Port Beach Club.
Background music and multi-zone audio: different spaces each with their own music, volume and mood. With streaming via Spotify or Soundtrack Your Brand.
Digital signage: menus that drive sales, ambient visuals, 24/7 reliable displays. Not a consumer TV from the electronics shop that burns in by week 3.
Hospitality projects: real examples from practice. What we built, what the challenge was, what the result is.
Maintenance and support: tailor-made maintenance and NEN 3140 inspection so your installation keeps working year after year.
How we work
We don’t start with the equipment. We start with your venue. What does the space look like, how does the flow of guests work, who will operate the music, what mood do you want to create?
Then we measure the acoustics. Hard floors, glass walls and high ceilings cause echo. You don’t fix that with more speakers, you fix it with a design that understands the space and, where needed, acoustic panels in the right place. Our design covers speaker choice, placement, zoning, control and streaming.
After installation your staff get a short training. You don’t need to become a sound engineer to set the right mood in the venue every evening.

Frequently asked questions
That depends on the floor area, the number of zones, whether cabling is already in place and which class of equipment you want. A fixed multi-zone system starts from 3,000 euros. For beach clubs and larger venues it runs higher. Request a free site visit for a guide price.
Sometimes. If the speakers are professional (not consumer products) and in reasonable condition, we can often leave them in place and only upgrade the amplifier, processing or control. We’re honest: building on half-baked kit often gives worse results than starting again.
Yes. We install limiters that meet the local council’s noise standards and that log your sound level objectively. That helps with complaints, permits and, if needed, enforcement.
A simple multi-zone installation is done in 2 to 4 days. A complete renovation with acoustics, cabling, lighting and digital signage takes 1 to 2 weeks. We often work outside opening hours or during quiet periods to keep your closure time to a minimum.
Yes. The system works seamlessly with Spotify, Soundtrack Your Brand and similar services. For commercial use in hospitality we recommend Soundtrack Your Brand or similar so that you’re covered for BUMA/Stemra.
Multi-zone means that different spaces (main room, terrace, lounge, toilets) can each have their own music and volume. For venues with several moods, or a terrace that’s quiet in the afternoon and packed in the evening, that isn’t a luxury but the difference between “it works” and “it doesn’t”.
Yes. We often find that the problem isn’t the sound system but the acoustics of the space. We advise on and install acoustic panels, baffles and sound-absorbing materials that suit your interior.
A no-obligation site visit where we come to look at your current situation or a quote from another supplier. We give an honest assessment, even if you’re better off with that other party. It costs you nothing. Request it here.
