A good corporate party sells itself. The band sounds crisp, the speech is clearly intelligible, the lighting makes the moment, and nobody notices the technology. A bad corporate party sells itself too. A microphone feeding back during the CEO’s speech is exactly what colleagues talk about the next day.
We handle sound, lighting, video and stage for annual staff parties, opening events, anniversaries, product launches and Christmas drinks. From a simple PA for 50 people to a full production with LED wall, DJ booth and live band for 800.
What we provide for corporate parties
Sound: PA systems matched to the room, wireless microphones for speeches, monitoring for band or DJ, and a mixer operated by someone from us or by your own event manager.
Lighting: Ambient lighting for the drinks, moving heads and wash for the dance floor, spotlights on stage for the speech moments. All preprogrammed into scenes so the transitions run automatically.
Video: LED wall for logos, live stream, slideshows or music videos. Screens for presentations or award ceremonies. Camera recordings if you want to share the party internally too.
Stage: Stage, riser, backline, backdrops. For productions with live music or performances.
DJ gear: Pioneer CDJ-3000, CDJ-2000 Nexus2, DJM mixers and Technics SL1200mk2. For both hired and in-house DJs.
Production: One point of contact for the entire technical side. Including setup and breakdown, soundcheck, day coordination and an aftermovie if you want one.
What makes our work different
We understand that a corporate party is not a festival. The CFO has no patience for a soundcheck at 2pm, staff arrive straight from a day of meetings, and the venue wants the keys back at midnight. That is why our crew works fast, quietly and tidily. What you do not see is that we carry backups for the microphones, a spare laptop for the presentation, and a second DJ set ready just in case.
25+ years of event experience with, among others, Reggae Rotterdam Festival, Pal Mundo, Latin Weekender, and international acts such as Juan Luis Guerra and Sean Paul. But just as at home with the annual Christmas drinks in a company restaurant in Schiedam.
How we work
We send you a first indicative price within 2 working days based on your brief. For larger productions we come out to the location. During the production you have one point of contact for everything: technology, planning, setup and breakdown.
For recurring events (annual staff parties or trade shows) we often set up a standard package you can fall back on each year.
Frequently asked questions
For a simple PA setup with basic lighting and 1 microphone for 50 people: from 800 to 1,500 euros. For a typical corporate party of 100 to 300 people with DJ, light show and speech technology: 2,500 to 8,000 euros. Large productions with LED wall, live band and stage management: 10,000 to 50,000 euros. Request a quote based on your event brief.
We work with both options. Your own venue works too, as long as it is technically possible. For specific venue choices we can advise based on what we have done before in Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Utrecht and The Hague.
For December (the busy Christmas drinks season): at least 6 weeks ahead. For other periods: 3 to 4 weeks ahead is comfortable. Last minute is often possible too, but that depends on the availability of crew and equipment.
Both are possible. We supply the technology (DJ gear, sound and lighting), and regularly the DJ as well. Say in your brief what you’re after. For the DJ gear we work almost exclusively with Pioneer CDJ-3000 and CDJ-2000 Nexus2, plus Technics SL1200mk2 for vinyl DJs.
Yes. We do live stream productions with multiple cameras, switching, audio mixing and a direct stream to Teams, Zoom or your own platform. It can also run through Instagram: we show the latest messages from a live Instagram page on a big screen. Ask specifically about our hybrid event setups.
That isn’t usual, especially when the crew has already put in a long working day. If you want technology for an afterparty, discuss it with us in advance. Then we include it in the quote.
