You know how it goes. The artist is ready, the audience is coming in, and the moment everything has to work, all that counts is what happens in the room. A quote that looked good on paper won’t help you then.
We have worked for festivals, event agencies, international artists and corporate productions for 25 years. Our own equipment in our own warehouse in Rotterdam, a regular in-house team that knows the kit, and backup equipment that comes along when the show deserves it.

Dry hire: professional equipment without a technician. For experienced producers who run things themselves. Sound, lighting, video, staging, DJ gear, backline.
Technical support: experienced technicians on site. From setup to breakdown, with the mindset that it’s your show and we keep it running.
Stage management: complete stage coordination for productions with multiple acts. Soundchecks, changeovers, scheduling, crew direction.
Event production and hire: full productions from A to Z. For clients who want one party to arrange the whole technical side.

What makes us different
Not a hire company that hands the gear to a driver and hopes for the best. We know that an event agency isn’t buying a crate of speakers, but an evening without panic. The crew you see on the truck is the same crew that knows the kit, tested it the night before and understands the show call.
Backup where it matters. For critical signals we work with redundancy as standard. For less critical parts we keep replacements within reach at our warehouse on the Industrieweg in Rotterdam.
Transparent quotes. No surprises on the invoice afterwards. For most event producers we know that’s a dealbreaker, and rightly so.

We do both. From pure dry hire to complete productions with production management, staging, sound, lighting, video, rigging and stage management. We scale to what you need.
Audio: FBT (Horizon series line array), Allen & Heath, RCF and D&B usable over the network. Lighting: Robe, Chauvet Lighting, Clay Paky, CLS and Showtec. Video: LG LED LCD screens 55″-75″, Optoma laser projectors, LED walls up to 24 metres. DJ gear: Pioneer CDJ-2000 Nexus2, CDJ-3000, DJM mixers, Technics SL1200mk2 turntables.
For individual hire in season, at least 2 weeks ahead please. For larger productions with crew and stage management we prefer to work 6 to 12 weeks ahead. Last minute is often possible too, but that depends on what’s in the warehouse at the time.
Yes. The Netherlands is our base, but since 2007 we’ve run productions on Curaçao and Aruba every year, working with partner companies. Internationally we also collaborate with Alda Events and other major partners.
