Meeting rooms that work for hybrid teams

The end of "Sorry, can someone check the sound?"

Hybrid working only works if the technology stays out of the way. A meeting that starts with five minutes of audio issues every time is not a meeting, it is frustration collected in a calendar slot. And a colleague sitting at home who cannot follow a full sentence will switch off.

We install meeting room systems that work the way you expect: switch on, meet, done. Cameras that follow whoever is speaking, ceiling-mounted microphones that pick up everyone at the table, screens that stay sharp, and control from a single touch panel or tablet.

Only need the technology for a day, for a conference or a large meeting? Then hire it from us: hire meeting and conference technology.

What a hybrid meeting room from Massive Pro AV includes

Screens: From compact (55″) to large (98″ or dual-screen) depending on the room. Professional displays that will not burn in under intensive use.

Cameras: Auto-framing cameras that follow whoever is speaking. Four participants or a full room, the camera adapts. Works with Teams, Zoom and Google Meet.

Audio: Ceiling-mounted or table microphones placed strategically for full coverage. Echo cancellation, beamforming and speech intelligibility that does not drop off at the end of the table.

Control: A touch panel or tablet with one-touch start for your standard meeting types. No ten buttons, no separate remotes for screen, camera and audio.

Wireless presentation: Screen sharing via AirPlay, Miracast or ClickShare without cable hassle.

Network integration: If you want, linked via DANTE to other rooms for central audio distribution.

For open-plan offices: sound masking

Open-plan offices do not work for everyone. Concentration suffers from colleagues’ conversations, and confidential calls are not something you want to make out loud. With sound masking we install subtle background sound through ceiling speakers that minimises distraction without drawing attention itself. Speech privacy goes up, and so does productivity.

Who we have built for

We have been working on meeting rooms and corporate AV installations for years. A few examples:

  • Corporate head offices in Rotterdam and the surrounding area
  • Kunstfabriek in the Groothandelsgebouw, a multifunctional space with a presentation and event function
  • Brasserie Jules WTC Rotterdam, meeting and event facilities

Our approach

We start with a site visit. How big is the room, how many people typically meet there, which meeting software does the company use, what are the current pain points? Based on that we draw up a proposal with product selection and placement.

After installation we train your IT or facility team. We run through a few standard scenarios and the first meetings on the brand new kit can begin. If questions come up after handover, we call your IT department or drop by.

Frequently asked questions

With all three. We install Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms and Google Meet certified equipment. Often a single set of hardware works with multiple platforms.

For a standard meeting room for 6 to 8 people we are typically between 6,000 and 15,000 euros, including screen, camera, audio, controls and installation. Larger boardrooms with dual-screen and automatic camera tracking run up to 25,000 or more. Request an indicative price based on your situation.

Yes. For offices with several identical rooms we often design a standard configuration that we roll out across all of them. Predictable costs, faster installation and consistent operation for your staff.

We offer tailor-made maintenance with software updates, preventive checks and an agreed response time in case of faults. We can also train new staff, so everyone can run the room themselves.

Meeting rooms with hard walls, glass and little soft furnishing often sound hollow. We measure that first and advise acoustic panels or ceiling tiles that solve the problem without disturbing the interior.

It works. It is not noise on your speakers but specifically tuned sound that makes speech less intelligible at a distance. We have installed it for several clients and the feedback is that staff can concentrate better and make calls more confidentially.
