Why meetings go wrong on the technology
The speaker can’t be heard at the back. The people joining online mostly hear echo and the clinking of coffee cups. There are three remote controls on the table and nobody remembers which one goes with which screen. And when something fails, the meeting starts ten minutes late.
Usually the cause is the room, the placement of the microphones and controls nobody ever explained. The equipment itself is rarely to blame. So we start with the room: how it sounds now, how everyone is seated and what needs to happen in there.

Fixed installation: a room that’s always ready
Hiring is fine for a conference. If you meet every week, you don’t want to set up every time. We fit out meeting rooms, boardrooms and auditoriums permanently: ceiling microphones that cover the table, a camera that turns to whoever is talking, screens at the right height and a touch panel that tells you what it does.
The audio runs over your network with DANTE, so adding a room or moving a zone later doesn’t mean new cabling through the building. And we always start with the acoustics: without damping, every microphone keeps fighting the room.

We look at the room, the number of participants and how you hold your meetings. For a fixed installation we also measure the acoustics.

You get a setup that suits the room, at a fixed price, with every piece of equipment explained.

Setup or installation
We deliver and set up, or install and configure permanently. Then your team gets a short walkthrough, so nobody has to go looking for anything.

Service
Tailor-made maintenance, preventive checks and support if something does go wrong. The NEN 3140 safety inspection can be included too.

Frequently asked questions
What exactly is a discussion system?
A set of microphone units, one per participant, with a button to take the floor. Useful as soon as more than a handful of people sit round the table: everyone stays clearly audible, including the people joining online, and it’s clear who is speaking.
Does it work with Teams, Zoom or Google Meet?
Yes. We connect the audio and video to the laptop or to the fixed computer in the room, so your meeting starts the way you’re used to. We look after the technology, you run the meeting.
Can we record the session or stream it live?
Yes. Let us know in your request whether you’d like a recording, a stream or both, and we’ll include it in the proposal.
Hire or fixed installation, which makes more sense?
A rule of thumb: if you use a room a few times a year for something big, hire. If there are meetings every week, a fixed installation pays for itself in time and hassle. We’re happy to work out the numbers with you.
How many microphones do I need?
That depends on the room and the layout more than on the number of chairs. A reverberant hall needs more than a well-damped one. That’s why we look at the acoustics first.
Do you handle the maintenance afterwards too?
Yes. We offer tailor-made maintenance with preventive checks and support, and can include the NEN 3140 inspection.
How far do you travel?
We hire out across the whole Randstad, and install fixed AV systems throughout the Netherlands. Beyond that, by arrangement.
