Dry hire with us is exactly that. You call or email what you need, we get it ready, you collect it or we deliver. No assigned technician, no compulsory service hours, no surprises.

How it works
Booking: email or call with what you need and when. For returning event agencies we often work with an online overview and email orders. For larger events we plan ahead.
Collection or delivery: Industrieweg 71 in Rotterdam. We have our own transport and can deliver across the Netherlands, and internationally on request.
Backup: for critical lines (mixing desk, DJ deck) we supply backup as standard for an additional charge.
Returns: kit comes back clean, tested and complete. We check the incoming kit, and any damage is recorded in a report.
Terms
- Hire is for professional event producers, event agencies, festivals and corporate users. No consumer hire.
- ID check and, where needed, a credit check on first hire.
- Insurance for the kit during the hire period is your own responsibility (we can help arrange it).
- A deposit or security for large hires.
Frequently asked questions
With dry hire you hire the kit only. With wet hire (or "supported hire") one of our technicians comes along to set it up, operate it and break it down again. For wet hire, take a look at Technical Support or Event Production and Hire.
In high season (April to October and December): ideally 2 to 4 weeks ahead to be sure. Last minute is often possible, but then you depend on what is still on the shelf.
Yes. We regularly deliver kit to Belgium and Germany. For distant international projects we work with partners on site or arrange transport. Just ask for specifics.
Backup kit agreed up front is available straight away if you chose it. For other faults: call us, we will see what we can do from our warehouse. For critical events we strongly recommend taking backup as standard.
Often, yes. Much of the kit can be hired in custom configurations (flying a line array, building a stage on request). Some very specific configurations take extra setup time, which we settle up front.
Yes. For multi-day hires we work with a sliding daily rate. For returning event agencies that run several events a year with us, we work with a regular-client rate card.
Yes. We have supplied the DJ gear for the likes of Armin van Buuren, Hardwell, Don Diablo, Afrojack, Major Lazer and Skrillex. For rider requirements and specific artist requests you can brief us directly, we know the standards.
