A stand where people stop and stay
At a trade show you have on average 3 seconds to hold on to someone walking past. A visually strong stand with the right technology wins those seconds. A wall of flyers and a laptop on a bar table loses them.
We provide LED walls, screens, sound, interactive displays and technology for exhibition stands and trade shows. From a single screen for a small stand to a complete booth production at Ahoy, RAI or Jaarbeurs.
What we provide for exhibition stands
LED walls: From compact (3×2 metres) to impressive (10 metres wide or more). High-resolution for close viewing on a stand, weatherproof for outdoor exhibitions. Displays: 55″, 65″, 75″ LED LCD screens in 4K UHD. For product presentations, demo loops or the live stream of a session elsewhere. Projectors and projection: Optoma ZH450 laser projectors for presentations, mapping onto surfaces or large projections in low light. Sound: PA for pitches, demos or live announcements. Discreet sound for video content on the stand. Interactive displays: Touchscreens for product configurators, kiosks or interactive catalogues. Camera and live stream: For pitches you also want to broadcast elsewhere, or to record client conversations on the stand (with consent). Control: A single touch panel on the stand to switch source, volume and screen content. No fiddling with technology for your staff.Trade show venues where we have worked

What makes our work at trade shows different
Tight deadlines. At a trade show you often have 1 day for setup and 4 hours for breakdown. Our crew knows how that works, knows the rules of the big halls (own rigging, floor protection, fire regulations) and delivers on time.
Equipment that presents well. At a trade show, thousands of people see your stand. Speakers hanging crooked, cables on show or an LED wall with dead pixels immediately works against your brand. Our equipment is checked beforehand and neatly tucked away on the stand.
Backup and fast support. If something fails during show days, you are not stuck for 8 hours. Our crew gets to the stand with replacement equipment as fast as we can.
How we work
We receive your stand drawing from the trade show organiser or stand builder. Based on that we advise which equipment fits, with which cable routes and connections. We coordinate with the stand builder and the show organiser on rigging, power and network.
On the build day we work in sync with the builders so that everything is ready by opening time. During the show days crew is available on call. Afterwards: breakdown, transport and storage.
Frequently asked questions
What does AV for an exhibition stand cost?
That depends on the size of your stand and what needs to be arranged, such as screens, an LED wall, sound, controls or a live stream. Request a quote with your stand drawing.
Do you work with stand builders?
Yes. We have established partnerships with several stand builders in the Netherlands. In your brief, tell us who is building the stand and we will coordinate directly on cable routes, rigging points and power.
How far in advance should I book?
For large trade shows (ISE, IBC, Securex, etc.): at least 6 to 12 weeks ahead. For smaller shows and regional exhibitions: 4 weeks is usually enough.
Do you also handle the content on the screens?
You supply the content yourself as the exhibitor. We take care of the technology.
What if something breaks during the show?
We have crew or a dedicated technician on call. For larger stands we often have a technician on the stand or nearby as standard. Backup equipment is ready at our warehouse in Rotterdam, so we arrange a replacement as fast as we can.
Can you also live stream pitches or panel discussions?
Yes. Cameras, audio mix, switching and a direct live stream to YouTube, Vimeo, LinkedIn or a private stream. Including recording if you want to edit it later.
