What happens next
We confirm receipt, possibly with questions to complete your brief.
For smaller or straightforward projects we send an initial price estimate straight away. For larger projects, or if we really want to see the space, we arrange a site visit.
After the site visit you receive the final quote with specifications, scheduling and pricing.
Once approved, we start the pre-production phase. For installations: scheduling the installation week. For events: pre-production with your production manager.

What does it cost to get a quote?
Nothing. No obligation, no commitments.
How detailed is the initial estimate?
For simple projects, a guide price with scope. For more complex projects, a rough plan-level outline without fixed prices, with the agreement to draw up the final quote after the site visit.
May I compare with other suppliers?
Please do. In fact, for projects over 10,000 euros we recommend it ourselves. A second opinion almost always helps. We also carry out AV checks on other companies’ quotes ourselves.
How often do your quotes come in within budget?
We work transparently and are careful with estimates. For projects quoted on the basis of a complete brief: overruns are rare, and if there is additional work, it is discussed in good time beforehand and with a separate quote.
Can I be invoiced in instalments?
Yes. For larger projects we work with payment terms as standard: a deposit at the start, an interim payment at milestones, and a final payment on completion. To be discussed in the quote phase.
