What a complete production from us includes
Sound: line array, monitors, mixing desks, microphones, in-ear systems. FBT Horizon, RCF, D&B. Sound engineers from A to Z.
Light: moving heads, wash, beams, blinders, conventional fixtures. Robe, Chauvet Lighting, Clay Paky. Lighting operator included.
Video: LED walls up to 24 metres (indoor and outdoor), 4K UHD LCD screens, projectors, cameras for IMAG, video switching and livestream.
Staging and rigging: stages in all sizes, stage risers, trussing, motors, decorations, backdrops.
DJ gear: Pioneer CDJ-3000, CDJ-2000 Nexus2, DJM mixers, Technics SL1200mk2. Complete booths ready for international acts.
Backline: amplifiers, percussion, accessories for live bands and musicians.
Special effects: strobes, smoke machines, hazers, confetti, CO2 jets, lasers where permitted.
Cooling: stage fans for artists and audience during hot days.
Stage management and production management: for productions where coordination across disciplines is essential.
Crew: stagehands, riggers, runners, a technician per discipline, production team.
Transport: our own lorries and build-up and break-down by our own team.

How we work
We start with a no-obligation introductory chat. What is the concept, who is the audience, which acts, what budget, which deadlines? On that basis we draw up a production plan with technical specifications, crew makeup and planning.
Once you give the go-ahead, we get to work. A pre-production phase with rider run-throughs, patch lists, schedules. On show day a production team is ready from early in the morning until the last guest has gone home.
Afterwards, an evaluation. What went well, what can be better, how we do it next year.
Frequently asked questions
Too variable to put in a single figure. A corporate event with 200 people, sound, lighting and DJ: 5,000 to 15,000 euros. A festival stage with line array, light show and LED wall: 15,000 to 50,000 euros. A large festival with several stages or international acts: 50,000 to 250,000+ euros. Ask for a production plan based on your brief.
Yes, we also work with other production companies. For some projects we are the main supplier and bring in partner specialists (specific fixtures, rigging specialists, special-effects companies). For other projects we are a sub-supplier to a larger production company. We work with the likes of Alda Events, Mojo and regional partners.
Yes, plenty. Festivals in the Kralingse Bos, festivals on Curaçao and Aruba, beach events. We work with weatherproof kit or weather protection as standard, and have procedures for weather evacuation when needed.
Yes. We have years of collaboration with the likes of Massive Productions Curaçao (an affiliated company led by Bjorn), Elite Entertainment Aruba and other local partners. For productions in the Caribbean we can arrange the logistics and production management.
For decoration and stage design we work with partner companies. Our strength is technology and stage management, not creative direction. Say in your brief whether you want this included, and we will bring the right partners to the table.
We do productions from around 2,500 euros up to well into six figures. For very small corporate events or parties we sometimes refer you on to colleagues who specialise in those.
For large venues (Ahoy, RAI, Sportpaleis) we have regular contacts and know the house rules (rigging, fire regulations, load-in times). For unfamiliar venues we do a pre-production site survey. That saves surprises on the day.
