What we hire out
Small stages (from 2×2 metres) For speakers, small bands in smaller venues, DJ booths at drinks receptions and company parties. Easy to build, often modular so you can adjust height and surface.
Medium stages (4×4 to 8×6 metres) For concerts, performances and presentations. Often with steps and a back wall. Including build-up and break-down by our team.
Large festival stages (from 8×6 metres) For festivals, open-air concerts and large corporate events. With a truss structure, a back wall for LED walls or drapes, and stage risers for drums or subgroups.
Stage risers and steps For small raises, speaker platforms or as a platform for specific parts of the show.
Backdrops and banners Black as standard, custom branding possible via partners.
Build-up and break-down
Delivering a stage is more than putting down blocks. Our crew often builds the evening before the event or the same day (depending on access to the location). Solid, level, safety-tested. Afterwards, broken down and loaded within the agreed time window.
For large festivals we work with several people at once, often in parallel with the lighting, sound and video installation. Coordination with your production team is standard.
Combined with audio, lighting and video
A stage rarely comes on its own. We also hire out:
- Light and sound complete or in parts
- Projectors and LED walls for visual presentation
- Technical support with technicians
- Stage management for complex productions

Frequently asked questions
For a simple 2×2 metre stage: from around 150 euros including build-up and break-down. For medium stages, between 500 and 1,500 euros per day. For large festival stages with truss and back wall: from 2,500 euros per day and well higher depending on scale. Ask for a specific quote.
For smaller stages you can do it yourself if you prefer (instructions included). For medium and large stages we build as standard with our own crew. Safety and load distribution are things you do not want to improvise.
For smaller stages: a week ahead is usually enough. For medium and large stages in high season: 4 to 8 weeks ahead to be sure of availability.
Yes. Our larger stages are suitable for outdoor use with attention to drainage, weatherproof rigging and ground fixing. For extreme weather situations we have procedures (wind speed limits, evacuation plan).
Yes. From Rotterdam we cover the whole of the Netherlands as standard. For distant locations (Limburg, Groningen) we charge transport separately.
Yes. For heavy productions with complex rigging we work with specialised rigging partners. Coordination runs through our project leaders.
Our larger stages are built and broken down by certified riggers. For festivals we provide construction drawings and calculations for the council or festival direction on request.
For decoration we work with partners. Our focus is construction, rigging and technology. Say in your brief what you want beyond the stage, and we will bring the right partners to the table.
