Alternative: LED LCD screens For brightly lit environments or where projection is not an option, we have LG LED LCD screens in 55", 65" and 75" 4K UHD. Often a better solution than a projector in bright rooms.

How we work
Call or email what you need and when. For simple hire (1 projector, 1 screen, 1 day): often arranged within 1 day. For larger setups or longer periods: standard booking a few days to a week ahead.
Collection is possible from our warehouse on Industrieweg in Rotterdam. For the city of Rotterdam we often deliver the same day. For further afield, by arrangement.
Frequently asked questions
For an Optoma ZH450 laser projector: from 95 euros per day, excluding delivery. For LED LCD screens: from 75 euros per day for a 55". For LED walls: variable depending on scale. Ask specifically for your situation.
For a dimmed room with a screen up to 2 metres: 3,000 to 4,500 lumens. For a brighter room or larger screen: 4,500 to 7,000 lumens. For strongly lit environments, consider an LED screen or LED wall rather than a projector.
Not as standard for standalone hire, in which case you are responsible for setup and operation yourself. For larger setups or if you want a technician: see Technical Support.
Yes. We have adapters for USB-C, mini-DisplayPort, VGA and the older connections. Say at booking what kind of laptop you have, and we will provide the right cables.
Yes. We have ClickShare systems for hire and can configure wireless presentation. Mention it when booking.
For critical events we recommend backup (a second projector as a spare, around 50% extra). For unexpected faults: call us, and we will see what we can supply quickly from the warehouse.

We mainly work with modern laser projectors for reliability (no lamp replacements, higher brightness, better colours). For a specific request for older models or very cheap options: ask, and we will see what we have.
