Hospitality projects and case studies

What we have built in hospitality

We have worked for hospitality clients in the Netherlands, Europe and the Caribbean since 1999. Beach clubs, luxury resorts, restaurants, bars and hotels. A selection of what we have done, what the challenge was and what the result is.

Mondi Beach Club Curaçao

The challenge. A high-quality audio system for a beach location that can withstand salt, moisture, sand, wind and extreme temperature swings. Plus aesthetic integration into a luxury environment.

The solution. A complete AUDAC system via a DANTE network with a NETGEAR M4250-26G4F-PoE+ as the backbone, AUDAC WX-series speakers IP-55 certified, AUDAC BASO15 and BASO18 subwoofers in custom-made protective covers, AUDAC SMQ and PMQ amplifiers in a climate-controlled technical room, an AUDAC Luna-F audio matrix for zone control, and AUDAC Touch touchscreens plus NCP105/B control panels for the staff.

The result. Consistent, high sound quality in every zone. Control that the bar team grasps in 10 minutes. A system we can monitor remotely from Rotterdam. More than 100 speakers on a single network.

Baoase Luxury Resort Curaçao

An exclusive IP-55 certified audio system that can withstand salt and moisture. Ambient lighting for the paths and architectural accent lighting. Discreet integration in keeping with the luxury character of the resort.

R-Port Beach Club Hoek van Holland

A multifunctional zoned system for indoors, terrace and beach area. AUDAC ATEO wall speakers and BASO subwoofers. Weatherproof build for the beach terrace. Control for different staff members depending on shift.

De Heeren hospitality group

Permanent audio installations at several locations of the De Heeren hospitality group, including De Heeren van Slydegt and De Heeren aan de Lek. Multi-zone audio with attention to speech intelligibility and atmosphere for each part of the day.

BIRD Rotterdam

Audio for both the restaurant section and the club section. In addition, we provided the technical setup here each year for the Boogieball North Sea Jazz afterparties between 2013 and 2019.

Ter Marsch Restaurant

Sound systems in the Rotterdam, Amsterdam and Utrecht branches. A consistent sound concept across the different locations for the chain.

Kunstfabriek Groothandelsgebouw Rotterdam

An audio installation in a multifunctional space used for a restaurant function, events and larger gatherings. Configurable via scenes for different setups.

The approach you will recognise in all these projects

In every hospitality project we start with the same question: what does this place do, for whom, at what time of day? Only then do we look at speakers, amplifiers and control.

For luxury locations like Baoase or Mondi Beach: discreet integration, professional components that last for years in demanding environments, aesthetic placement.

For hospitality operators with smaller budgets: the same approach on a smaller scale. AUDAC components that can grow with you, modular systems that can be expanded later.

And in every case: control that your staff can understand without a week’s training.

Frequently asked questions

Permanent audio, video and lighting for beach clubs, resorts, restaurants and nightlife venues. From Mondi Beach Club on Curaçao to BIRD and De Heeren in Rotterdam.

Yes. Among others, we have done Mondi Beach Club and Baoase Luxury Resort on Curaçao. The approach is the same as in the Netherlands: first map the space and its use, then the technology.

Often, yes. We first take stock of what is installed and whether it is compatible with DANTE or similar standards. Sometimes building on it is the smartest route, sometimes not. We are honest about that.

That depends on the scale and whether the venue stays open. We plan the work so you lose as little revenue as possible, often in phases or outside opening hours.

You can. Call us and we will see which nearby project suits your situation.
