Privacy statement Massive Productions

1.1 Handling personal data correctly is of great importance to Massive Productions. Your personal data is therefore processed and secured with care. Personal data means all information about a person. Data that says something about someone indirectly is also personal data. Massive Productions complies with the laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal data. The following gives effect to the duty to provide information laid down in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Massive Productions processes personal data when you use our services, in order to be able to offer you services, improve our services and communicate with you personally. For example, you can complete the contact form on the website, email us and sign up for, for instance, the newsletter or other communications from Massive Productions.

3.1 Massive Productions processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data that we (may) process:

  • Date of birth;
  • Place of birth;
  • Contact details;
  • Company information;
  • Financial information;
  • IP address;
  • Other information you provide in connection with our services or that Massive Productions obtains about you via other parties or via public sources.

Article 4. Purposes and legal bases

4.1 Massive Productions needs your data for the following purposes:

  • To enter into and/or perform a contract for services with you;
  • To provide our services;
  • To hire out and/or sell and deliver goods to you;
  • To be able to invoice you;
  • To be able to answer your questions;
  • To be able to handle any complaint you may have;
  • To maintain contact with you;

Article 5. Access to data

5.1 Massive Productions will not sell, rent out, distribute or otherwise make your personal data commercially available to third parties.

5.2 Massive Productions passes your data on to third parties when this is necessary for the services to be provided to you. For example, providing your data to artists, other performing-arts service providers, sound companies, booking agencies, other technical installation agencies, sound engineers, etc. Massive Productions also passes your data on to third parties when this is required under legislation, regulations and/or codes of conduct.

5.3 Massive Productions passes your data on to third parties where necessary for IT, CRM, the website and financial administration.

Article 6. Security

6.1 Massive Productions has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure your personal data against loss or against any form of unlawful processing.

7.1 Massive Productions stores and uses your personal data no longer than necessary. The retention period depends on:

8.1 You can view and amend your data, restrict the use of your data and/or ask Massive Productions to delete your personal data. In addition, you can request the transfer of your data. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, or if you would like more information about the security of the personal data we collect, you can send your written requests or questions relating to privacy matters to info@massivepro.nl

8.2 Massive Productions responds within four weeks of receiving your request.

8.3 Massive Productions cannot comply with your request when this conflicts with a confidentiality clause forming part of a contract, statutory retention periods, or if the request is unreasonable.

Article 9. Complaints

9.1 Do you have a complaint about the processing of your data by Massive Productions? Then report this to Massive Productions as soon as possible. You must do so in writing and with reasons. You can send your complaint to us by post or email it to info@massivepro.nl

9.2 We deal with the complaint within two weeks of receipt or notify you, stating reasons, of a deviation from this period, indicating the period within which an opinion on the complaint will be given.

9.3 We observe confidentiality when handling the complaint.

9.4 You do not owe any fee for our handling of the complaint.

9.5 We will notify you in writing of the opinion on the merits of your complaint.

9.6 Are you dissatisfied with the handling of your complaint and/or how Massive Productions handles your data? Then you can also submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) in The Hague. (www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl)
